Shipping
All of our items are shipped from South Korea. Please take a look at the "Shipping and Payments" tab to explore the available shipping options. While we usually offer Economy shipping, feel free to select a different option if you prefer!
Standard Shipping: A tracking number will be provided for your convenience.
Expedited Shipping (EMS): A tracking number will be provided. Delivery typically takes 3-7 days.
Free Shipping (Economy Shipping): This shipping method can take anywhere from a month to a couple of months, depending on your location. If you feel the delivery time is too long, just let us know, and we'll be happy to check on your shipment after it's been delivered.
Important Note: Due to updated customs regulations, Brazilian shipments may experience higher return rates, and a customs clearance fee of 15 BRL may be applied.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you wish to return an item, we gladly accept returns as long as the item is in "Unopened Condition." If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 20 days of receiving it, and we?ll be happy to assist.
Please include the original receipt in your return package or include a note with your username for easy reference.
All items must be returned in their original condition.
